Erik pulled me tighter against him, using his free arm to pull the covers up over my shoulders. “Give us a minute,” he told his brother and the others, who included Brand of all people. “I wanted to go over some stuff with you before the meeting today. We can do it down here if you’d prefer. Doesn’t make a difference to me.” Brand’s tone was bored, like catching us naked was an everyday occurrence.
