Creature Of Moonlight (2014) - Plot & Excerpts

A Creature of Moonlight by Rebecca Hahn is a beautifully written fantasy where the words on the page magically become crisp, realistic mental images. It is written so well that you can nearly small the earthy scent of the forest, and touch the rough bark of the trees from her descriptions. It's spellbinding and definitely on that you will find so hard to put down that you have finished it before you know it. I would recommend this book to everyone who loves fantasy and even those who don't.The main character learns that life isn't a series of destined steps that we have no control over, we make our own lives, our own future with our strength of will and resolve. Destiny is forges in the hearts and minds of those who are determined to make their own path, to carve out their own niche. If you want to change you world only you have the power to do so, all you have to do is set your course in a new direction. An amazing new, stand alone fantasy novel. Nicely written, enjoyable and a good time for anyone, that likes fantasy books. Marni is half human and half dragon. She is destined to take the throne. She also has a desire for the woods next to her house. Marni must choose to discover why the people in her village are disappearing into the woods and not returning. Or kill her uncle(king), in which he ruined her life and take the throne for herself, and get the life she deserves. A good captivating original story by Rebecca Hahn, her first novel.
