Dark Matter Heart - Special Edition (2011) - Plot & Excerpts
This book was just okay. It was just...I just wasn't believable to me what happened. The girl at the end just yes help me! Or that she is so into him now...I don't know it just wasn't that good. The end did make me want to see how they got out of the situation at the end (I mean one dead guy and a bunch of seriously hurt people....how to explain that when they think you are a killer??) but not enough to spend the $4 on the second book. I found it a little slow at the beginning, almost cryptic, I was about to tquit, but half ways through, the action increased in a way that can´t help but want to know how it will end.The vampire universe is explained in a different way, almost "investigated" by "genius" teenagers and, Cor is not your typical bloodsucker heroic and indestructible. That is a plus.Besides the slow start, the fight scenes are really hard to follow. Such description makes them long and almost unintelligible. Just for those details, in my humble opinion, has three stars.

It was a quick and enjoyable read but definitely not great writing or storyline. The end was rushed.
