I LOVED this series I have re read the whole series many times. I actually consider myself too old for stuff like this now but oh my word. I fell in love with the character Derek and I loved reading the mishaps and whatnots he and Chloe encountered this series made me laugh out loud literally in a good way cause there were hilarious moments and serious and lovey ones. I thought they made the characters very realistic and I just loved how every character was different and very much not like a freaking perfectly described human Barbie or ken. I just really loved this series and their adventures and it's a must read or your loss! This trilogy was amazing. It constantly kept me on my toes. With a deep focus on the supernatural world, it also hinted at romance, but not an overpowering amount. It took me a while to read the trilogy, not only because it was long, but because the beginning is quite slow, but once it picks up, I couldn't put the book down. I rate this trilogy 5/5 for Armstrong's unique ideas, patience with the characters, and the plot. An amazing novel. I recommend it to anyone who enjoyed the Twilight Saga and the Mortal Instruments. I am thoroughly impressed and will pick this book up for a reread sometime in the future.
