Okay, so.I loved this book. Seriously could not put it down. The pacing is absolutely excellent; the mystery is intriguing and I liked the characters. The prose and dialogue both were snappy and I just couldn't wait to unravel the mystery. I had such a good time reading it.(I wanted to edit this review so that it didn't have to be his for spoilers). I was a leeeettle disappointed in how the mystery ended up playing out, but that's no one's fault but my own. I'll definitely be reading more from Bell! Thrilling suspense! I won Donnell Ann Bell's book DEADLY RECALL on the GLIAS blogspot. It's a thrilling romance filled with mystery. This is the first book that I read by this author. Lots of twists and turns, lots of action, fast paced. I liked her two characters Eden and Kevin, beautiful chemistry between the two. The story starts as nine-year-old Eden thought she was saying good-bye to her mentor but turned out to be a witness to a murder. Seventeen years later, Eden is one of the key to solve this murder. The problem is that she doesn't remember anything, but the killer remembers her. Here comes Detective Dancer who is forced to work with Eden to solve this cold case. I could not put it down, I wanted to know who the killer was. Ms. Bell nicely blended her two characters into this great suspense. I recommend it if you love a romance with a touch a mystery!
