I give the author credit for writing different kinds of characters.Reading about the heroine's famous French cooking was interesting. But it was ridiculous how long she and the hero went without him seeing her face or knowing who she was. I could not believe it.I also find it difficult to root for a heroine who was lovers with the hero's brother. Yuck. A lot of the book was sad. The hero regrets not speaking to his brother for 20 years. It made me sad.The heroine's thoughts were also weird at times. She talks about looking at her neck and how the skin is loosening there. That is not what I want to read about in a romance novel. The secondary romance between the hero's fiance and the hero's secretary was also rushed and just "there" It was not very detailed and was just there so all the characters ended up happy.I loved Sherry Thomas' other book, The Luckiest Lady in London. That book was hilarious and I loved the romance. Read that instead. Hi,Thaks to Elisa I don´t sleep until 04:00 a.m!The told me about this and other author´s and now my beauti sleep is all mess.Love you Elisa.Read it´s a very good book.PyOlá, Graças à Elisa descobri esta e outras autoras.É viciante esta autora.
