The initial list was reduced to thirteen possibles. All thirteen have been cleared. We are now conducting secondary and tertiary searchs.” A frown appeared on Miseri’s attractive face. “Any anomalies during the original thirteen searches?” “None. Well…” the voice hesitated. “What?” Miseri asked, voice curt. “There was an accident with one of the responding agents. Machete was killed in a traffic accident while traveling between his second and first assignments. The accident was caused by a drunk driver who was also killed. Law enforcement reports check out.”
