Demon Hunting In The Deep South (2012) - Plot & Excerpts
Ok this was very different story than what I normally read. I liked Evie and thought what a perfect heroine. She is like every woman insecure, kindhearted, unappreciated and very selfless. Her insecurities is what drives her to be with the baggy clothes and the hiding in the background. Ansgar is what a man should strive for because of his adoration and devotion to her. He tries to help her with her insecurities instead of dismissing them. The demons were a good story because with each book comes with a puzzle piece. I can't wait to read others. Demon Hunting in the Deep South is the second book in the Demon Hunting series. Like the first book, it was lots of fun to read. Sexy demon hunters, and the human females they can't get enough of, and vow to protect with their lives. The demons seem drawn to the small town of Hannah Alabama. As with most small southern towns, Hannah is filled with characters of all shapes and sizes. Along with the quirky humans, you have the demons, their "offspring" the demonoids, and some creatures that haven't been outed yet. It was a quick, humor filled read. Well written with great characters. I'm looking forward to the next one.
