A light hearted and easygoing read for any chick lit fans, although romantics would be likely enjoy it too. I probably wouldn't have thought to buy this book as something I planned to read, but it was part of a Galaxy promotion so I thought 'Why not?' Once I started reading I struggled to put it down, although the story wouldn't have been too difficult to pick back up as it was fun and not too taxing.The 3 women were likeable and their backstories worked really well. A couple of the more villainous people in the story were a bit harder to work out, but leaving a few things up to the reader to decide helps them to interpret the story in their own way. Sometimes the 3 main characters were a little difficult to differentiate between. I got lost a couple of times and carried on reading in the hope that I'd suddenly remember who it was telling the story.I almost gave this book the full 5 stars, but didn't because of the way a couple of issues were handled (ie death, domestic violence, bullying). While the way they were covered was fine, that was just it. The characters' experiences weren't overly convincing. I happened to be at the library to pick up a different book I was wanting to read. This very pink book caught my attention in the shelves and with just reading the title I figured why not?! Was I in for a surprise. In fact I didn't even read what this book was about before I started reading the book! I enjoyed this book immensely! I related to the characters in the book right away and enjoyed their friendship. Will recommend this book to friends.

Enjoyable read. I love Lucy Diamond books. Easy and uplifting.
