This is a short and quick read that ties in and provides a back-story to The Jefferson Key.Jonathan Wyatt, former colleague of Cotton Malone, who he blames for destroying his career, discovers some secrets about Hitler’s hidden bounty and something about what happened to Eva Braun & Martin Bornman.Introducing new characters that will play a major role in the tie-up book. So, we go on another WHAT IF that journey only Steve Berry can take us on. This book had a lot of intriguing history of the Nazis. I never heard of Bormanna before, and I was intrigued by him and the thought that he may have lived past Berlin is scary stuff. Eva Braun was also and interesting person based on the facts of her in this story. There wasn't as much angst and suspense as in Berry's longer novels, but I chalk that up to this being a short story. Though the history of this story is definitely what I have come to realize from Berry.
What do You think about Duivels Goud (2012)?
Another short story that will lead into a full length novel. Good reading.
