As I predicted this was the least good from the three book series I bought. I really must consider whether I read any more from Gomez-Jurado, because the next one will be lousy if this trend continues. This story was more like something aimed for adolescents. I probably would have loved this when I was fifteen or so. Now the story was partly childish and partly like a melodrama from 1950's American movies. The writer told that this was based on true happenings so perhaps life imitates melodrama sometimes. But I did not like it. I very seldom leave a novel unfinished so I read this trough also. If I were a different kind of reader I would have not.Two stars for quite fluent way of writing. Otherwise this was rubbish as a reading experience. In the epilog the writer asked politely for feedback. I am polite enough not to do what he asked for.
great read. interesting characters.....the mystery and action kept me wanting to see what was next.
