Lia Fairchild. Easy to readEmma vs The Tech GuyThis story of Emma vs The Tech Guy is not my usual genre of book but it soon grabbed me, and before long I was enjoying the story of Emma being the workaholic that she was.Her life was all planned out for her until the new tech guy started, all of a sudden her life got more difficult and she had to work harder to keep the secrets she had.I think you will enjoy the story of Emma and how it unravels as the story progresses. Emma is a very good character and it gets better once Guy comes into the story. An easy to read feel good factor book by Lia Fairchild.4 stars. 16 December 2013. This is a good book if you are looking for something a little different and quick. The story is told by the main character, Emma. While it was hard for me to like her at first, she did grow on me and by the end of the story I liked who she was becoming. It was hard at first to see this as a romance with Emma and Guy since Emma was married (to Howard). I don’t want to give any spoilers, but don’t let that stop you from continuing to read the story. There is a twist (and you may have a good guess as to what) and it all comes together and ends well. I do wish there was more of Emma and Guy. I have read another book by this author, thoroughly enjoyed it, and will continue to read her books.
What do You think about Emma Vs. The Tech Guy (2000)?
I skimmed much of it ... No heat, little sizzle, passion or interesting storyline.

The writing was good and the story was cute, just a bit boring for my taste.

Great chick-lit. I loved all the little surprises.
