What do You think about EntreLeadership: 20 Years Of Practical Business Wisdom From The Trenches (2011)?
This book was full of implementable actions in starting, running, maintaining, and growing a business. It was the type of book that I felt would seem like a book made for your business whatever it is. For example, I own an insurance agency, and it seemed like it was written for my agency and in particular the sales aspect. But, I imagine if you have a totally different type of business in a different stage of its lifecycle, it would seem written for that business. This is that type of book. I certainly recommend it for any business professional in any business.

This is a great book for anyone who wants an overview of key business principles and best practices. Dave also throws in a lot of his own folksy advice - much of which I agree with. The book can come off a little preachy at times - especially if you are not a person of faith. But, overall, it is a very solid business book. I would recommend for any leader with dreams of building an organization.
