“Thank you,” he whispered. “Always my pleasure,” Myst responded breathlessly. Untying his lover, Onyx massaged the man’s wrists and arms, working the circulation back into them. “You okay, baby?” Myst stiffened a bit at the endearment, and Onyx bit his lip, waiting for Myst’s reaction. Then the warrior relaxed, pushing up straight and brushing their lips together. “I’m great.” His mouth stretched into a wide grin against Onyx’s. “Better than great.” He trailed kisses along Onyx’s jawline and rubbed their cheeks together. “You can call me baby whenever you want,” he said very quietly. Palming the back of Myst’s head, Onyx held him for just a moment, kissed his temple, then rose to his feet. He watched while Fiero and Eyce disconnected Hex from the hook over his head, and Myst moved to help unbind Vapre and Syx. With everyone preoccupied, he slipped into the bathroom and made his way directly to the shower. Stepping inside the steamy shower stall, his breath caught in his throat at the beautiful sight Echo made as the heated water fell over his tight little body.
