I've always been inspired by Dr. Dyer's books but this books focuses on breaking bad habits using 'mind over matter'. This was the 2nd time I read this book and also listened to the audio CD while working out each morning. Adding inspiration to a morning workout really helps set the tone for a successful day of putting mind over matter to break old destructive habits and create new ones. This is another 'keeper' for my shelf of re-reads. I picked up this book at the library because of the title. I looked at the table of contents and said yep I've used most of these excuses multiple times. I knew I had to read this book. I quote this book all of the time. He makes you look at things in your life and the excuses you make to avoid them in a different way. I highly recommend this book for anyone that makes excuses and wants to stop.
It was inspirational and motivating. Like anything else, it takes practice, practice, practice.
