He smiled to himself as he heard her fake the orgasm, but it was short-lived. She belonged to someone else. Never mind that Rafe knew she was thinking of him. While she'd made love to her boyfriend, Rafe was inside her head. It gave him a small amount of pleasure to know that she thought of him that way, but he wanted more. It would come, though.
