This one was sweet. I found it funny how unsure Jordan was of himself, that the felt his injury defined him, which it didn't until he let it. I loved how these two met, how Aynslee's bad day turned better after meeting Jordan. They were cute once Jordan quit running away. I did start to get mad at Jordan towards the end, I hated how he was going to walk away and not even give Aynslee a choice. Good thing she put him in his place laid out what she wanted. I have a feeling that a lot of readers will fall in love with this backup, I know I did! I strongly recommend reading this entire series. You can read them in any order, or as stand alone books, but I recommend reading them in order, you get to know a lot of the characters along the way and by book three they feel like family! I have given all three books and this novella 6 STARS on a 5 STAR scale.. they ROCK! Toni writes stories that make you feel every emotion her characters are feeling and creates a world full of hot hockey players... strong women and smoking hot love scenes (and her heroine's also wear some pretty amazing shoes!).
What do You think about Falling For The Backup (2013)?
Favourite one of the series so far! Wish this book was longer.
