More adventures for Persephone Alcmedi, her boyfriend werewolf Johnny and her part-time boyfriend vampire Menessos. The only reason why I finished reading this book was because I was hoping it would get better at the end... but sadly it didn't.The book was written quite well... but the story, characters and general feelings started to be so plain I lost interest completely after a while. It's a big disappointment, I am not sure I will continue reading the series. The first and second book of the series were much, much better. 3.5 Stars*Not a review, just a few thoughts that I want to jot down. I don't care for the heavy handed plot direction that starts off the story. It felt as if the writer had trouble trying to figure out how to get from point D to the very solid point H. The story is staying consistent in that it's mostly about Seph's growth and relationships. I really thought this one would open up more about the Vampire but it didn't really do that. At this point, I want to finish the series (that I know of) because I started it but I don't feel a burning passion for the words on the page.
What do You think about Fatal Circle (2010)?
And another series goes down the tube. I'll miss yeah Seph. But only the first two books.

Better than book two but still just OK to me. 2.5 stars probably.
