So I wasn't going to read this because I hate that kind of premise where the couple has been together before but one did the other wrong. Makes me cringe thinking of all the angst and wasted years waiting to be wallowed through. But actually there was no wallowing, and it was a short sweet read. To be honest, I read the second one first. Weird, I know. But I enjoyed that one and decided to read this one too. Now I look forward to the third. This was a short, fun, sexy read. The characters were well developed, especially for such a short book, and the ending was exactly what I wanted. This book has a distinctly casual style that I wasn't sure of in the beginning, but quickly grew on me. I could picture every scene without issue and there's enough teased about what's coming that I'm going to buy the next book. Well done.
