DNF @ Pg 211 of 246.I just can't force myself to finish this. When I read a 'dark' book I like there to be a bit of romance - female eventually falls for her captor or she likes what he does to her, but my favourite thing in a captive-captor book is when the captor no longer sees the captive as just that, he starts falling for her too.With Flawed, it was just straight up abuse in the 211 pages I read, and I'm not just talking about the sexual kind. Alot of the abuse was more physical than sexual. I managed to get that far into the Flawed because I kept holding out hope that there would be some romance in later pages but it never happened. The 'sex scenes' (if you can even call them that! More like abuse scenes) were not enjoyable to read. It was just too much and there was nothing about their fucked up relationship that I liked. Holy Hell! This book was fanfreakingtastic! I like dark, twisted, so mangled you cant freaking find your way out!Knox... You have done lots of horrible things, but I would let you hold my leash any damn day!! He is loyal to a T. He will protect and serve those who saved him. He gets off on torturing something he has been doing since he was a kid. He does what he is told. Craves it, wants it. NEEDS it. Then stumbles in Lacey Barnes. Stubborn determined, " I have to fix everyone elses problems" 18 Year old Lacey Barnes. She has a plan, but plans get derailed when you are constantly sticking your neck out and putting your family first. Her brothers mistake, may be her demise... It certainly put her right into Knox Bishops hands. She does what she has to do to save her brother, to the man with the hands that like blood. But is she the one that will change Knox Bishop forever or will he change her? The suspense at the end has me with goosebumps now thinking about it. I cant wait for the next book. I needed it like yesterday!This book was so damn amazing. I loved it from start to finish.
