This was a free download.There were a lot of editing issues. Sometimes I can enjoy a story despite the editing issues, but that wasn't the case here. Both the hero and heroine irritated me. Him for maneuvering her to where he wanted her without giving her a choice and her for letting him. She was described as independent, but she read as stubborn instead. Yes, there is a difference.The ex-girlfriend plot was so cliche it made my teeth clench and the resolution was idiotic.I am mildly curious about the brothers, though. I don't know if I'm curious enough to spend money on them, however. Still, the mild curiosity is the reason for the 2 stars. Cute book about a wealthy self-made man who falls for a single mother after he attends a charity event where she worked as a caterer. It was better than most freebies. I liked that Cara, the lead, was a size 14 and he thought she was beautiful and "perfect." I thought it was a bit unbelievable that she lived in Newark, NJ, a city with one or two "nice" areas, but is mostly urban decay. The bitter ex-fiance was a bit overdone. I liked Cara's mother, friend and son and, of course, her love interest, Victor.
