From The Grave (2014) - Plot & Excerpts

I love short stories, and this one was no exception. From the first page you are pulled in to this poor girl’s death and the details surrounding it. I am not one for gore, so the fact that it was a murder mystery but still not real heavy was a pleasant surprise. The author instills many emotions into the reader, and you walk away feeling something real. I will definitely look for more books from this author in the future, and recommend this wonderful story to my friends. **I received a copy of this book from the author in exchange for my fair and honest review. **“From the Grave” is a clean suspense mystery about the death of a prostitute and her friend that will not let the crime go unsolved. Max is a computer hacker who uses all of the technology that she has on hand. She soon discovers that she is going to need the help of an old school hardboiled detective; thus begins an odd couple mystery solving team. I enjoyed this read because there were not so much research details (fact-spitting) that it became boring, yet there was enough to solidify reality in the story. This is fast-paced story that you will keep reading until the end and it is safe to recommend to any age in the PG rating group. This is a standalone, no cliffhangers book, which is also nice to have in a series. I am looking forward to more of the ‘Max’s Mayhem’ series.

What do You think about From The Grave (2014)?

Please proofread. Too many grammar and spelling mistakes got in the way of the actual story.
