This book was so interesting just based on the MC Ed, the self-imposed agoraphobic and possible autistic character. His thought process was off the wall funny. Gotta love a guy who names his fish Atari and plays Sims 2 while also planning travel vacations for clients he will never meet. Then we meet hot neighbor Mateo. Don't you just love that name? Mateo was so patient. We can't forget the final character in this little drama: the evil mother. LOLThis is a fun, cute story that just makes you feel good. This is a very quick story about a clueless guy who goes from an unrequited love to requited. Ed is a website designer. He works from his home. He is socially awkward and avoids crowds. Especially, his hot sex god neighbor, Mateo. Mateo is his younger neighbor who lives across the hallway. He has lusted after him over a year and finally, it is Mateo who makes contact. Unlike Ed, Mateo is talkative, socially able and is a charmer. He does his best to draw Ed out, but it harder than it seems, but he is determined. It is fun to watch clueless Ed become even more confused with Mateo. They both need a breaking point, where they just open the floodgates and communicate freely exactly what they are both feeling.
