No doubt It is a great work.Ever since reading this book the mán Subroto Bagchi is my hero. I wánted to buy his company share. Now Mind Tree share price gone up three fold.It is very sad I could not buy the shares. The book is simple narration of his hard and good times in life. He is very open and down-to-earth. His molding of outlook and character in the village life turned very crucial to fáce great challenges in his professional world. It is an amazing saga of a village boy coming to the helm of a corporate venture Mind Tree. The reading of the book is ámazingly interesting "Decided to read because I'd read Subroto's columns in TOI long ago. They were generally about leadership, management and entrepreneurship. Though I do not remember the exact contents of those columns, I remember liking them then. SO picked up Subroto's this book to read. Found awesome practical advice on corporate life, entrepreneurship, leadership, and life in general in this book. Will hold it dear for life. Thanks Subroto!"
