well..... it was a disappointment, although I knew I was wasting my time with this book from the very first pages. Shallow, filthy rich, and wanna-be-dirty story. IF the author WAS writing for a different audience, the book MIGHT have been a success. Olivia Goldsmith's Flavor of the Month is a great example of deep characters on Hollywood's playground... I do not think I will read another book by Collins but it is nice to know what she is up to. Every reading experience is a useful one! :) Max..I like her but she is no Lucky for sure. I really like Bobby as well...As the series progresses it just gets redundant. And this book was just...ehhh I don't even know.I listened to the audio book which might have caused my dislike for the book. Too many narrators doing too many voices, which just gets distracting. The worst was Lucky..she was British???? And Paige sounds like an old New Yorker that chain smokes unfiltered cigarettes.
Every once in a while, Jackie Collins books fill the lustful reader in me.
