This story deserves 5 ++ stars!! If you knew how much I read and how many books I have gone through you would know what a high compliment it is!!If you love romance that is slow building and true. One that is fully of the perfect amount of obstacles and angst, yet not overly dramatic., then this story is for you!One thing I loved about Ginger's writing as she was able to capture the young voice and love while being realistic but not having unnecessary smut. I appreciate her and passion, but I hate when all the story is about is smut. She did a fantastic job making it passionate and romantic without you feeling like it was all about the sex . Bravo on an awesome book, Ginger! I loved it and hope you keep on releasing awesome books 5 University of Angst stars! I thought I had enough of the angst ridden love story of Reed (sexy, epic football player and horrible communicator) and Nolan(sexy, athletic, poor girl with low self esteem and a deep love of all things Reed.) This book just made me wish Ginger Scott wrote for Friday Night Lights while it was still on the bubble. Her take on high school to college football would have sent them to the top of the ratings. This story continues from book 1. If you have not read Waiting on the sidelines, stop reading this and GO DO IT NOW. Do not start this story here. The slow build and detailed backstory and excellent writing is what makes this love story stand out. So good. I have questions about the ending, every detail didn't get it's just ending but I am willing to overlook all that for the satisfaction of a love that was kicked in the face over and over and kept getting up for more. It ends up healed and cherished and knowing that it is more real than anything else. So good. Sometimes you do find your one true love in high school.
What do You think about Going Long (2013)?
five football stars for Reed and Nolan!!
