I stumbled across this book by accident and brought it because the blurb made me laugh out loud in the shop. The is no real storyline and nothing amazing happens in the book but the style is excellent and the voice is hilarious. I laughed hard all the way through this book. I think it gives quite an accurate insight into the mind of a seventeen year old. It's only a short book and if your looking for something quick and easy to read its definitely worth a look. This has been on the list for a while, so I'm happy I finally get it out of the way! It was funny, and I'm impressed that the author is only a year older than me, but it's not that good. It's a very on-the-surface, materialistic novel, but maybe that's the point. I think it does capture growing up in this time, although it certainly didn't portray my teen years accurately. I really wouldn't recommend this book to anyone, except maybe if you just need a quick Catcher in the Rye like read.
What do You think about Grow Up (2011)?

This book is alright. Too much usage of the words penis and vagina, though.
