Thanks to the author for giving this ebook on Amazon! Though it doesn't have stellar ratings on goodreads, I didn't mind them. I read the description and I knew what to expect, given that it's not a full length novel. I've been reading and reviewing stories of the same genre so I know what to expect, and I got it : compressed storyline with the hero and heroine having an instant chemistry, hot frequent sex when they decide to act on it, and the getting to know each other part where they spend quality time together... And followed by hot sex of course, which I happened to appreciate. Elizabeth and Max matched well because they complemented each other. She's a workaholic and he's laid back, he's the calm to her storm, if that could be an analogy... Anyway hope whoever's reading this gets the drift. I liked the location of the story cause it really set the mood for fun and relaxation, and again, it gave the heroine an excuse to up the attraction by wearing a bikini. I liked the moral of the story about living life and not just existing. Hot surfer tour guide.... what single woman wouldn't want to meet someone like that when on a girls trip?? The premise of the story is a short space of time that leads to love. The author does a great job of representing that time without making the book seem rushed and too short. Just enough detail throughout however my one complaint is the ending... I wanted just a tad more but still this book is a quick sexy read!!
What do You think about Her Perfect Getaway (2012)?
I thought this was a really cute story...A fun vacation romance that turns into the real deal:)
