I have to say that this one was unexpected..I don't want to ruin what was so unexpected for other people who haven't read it yet..but let me say I thought Zoe's friend, that whole part of the story would turn out to be very different from what it was revealed to be. I didn't expect this to be such an " issues" book. Honestly I expected more of a psych thriller. Although I can't say I wasn't glued to the pages and Twin Birch where Zoe finds herself for the summer was intriguing and kmd of mysterious in the fact Zoe isn't sure why she's there or what the whole thing is about. So she's in the dark as much as we are. I obviously liked the book ESP the characters that become Zoe's friends, Victoria and Haley. I definitely recommend this for ppl who enjoy contemporary fiction (ya or not) and ESP those who like books that deal with serious issues. Not the best book ever (probably because I just read Wintergirls which is a little more polished), but I did like it. I liked that Zoe doesn't understand why she's in rehab, and that how she describes the schedule there makes everyone else look sick but not her. I'd feel like I didn't need to be there either compared to the others. Also, the big surprise didn't seem like a big surprise. But it was still an enjoyable read. I didn't find myself getting bored.

This book made me cry. It was so amazingly written and the story was so truthful!
