He wraps me in one of those tight hugs, and I not only let my tears fall, but my cries are heard. There is no holding back the emotions of getting him back. I cry and cry and he holds me the entire time. When I regain my composure, I pull away from him and smack him across the chest. "How dare you not tell me you were alive?" I turn and walk back into the house, closing the door behind me. I hear the sound of a door opening and the roar of an engine. My gut tells me what just happened. He left. He's done. I let him leave and it's the first time I didn't have to fight for a guy to leave my house.
