I enjoyed this book a lot....I think I liked Book 1 better, but it could have been where my mindset was as I was reading this. At times the book seemed to drag a little with a lot of descriptions and not as much dialogue as I like. However, there was a great element of suspense and tying these characters together. I loved Mitch and completely got where his character was coming from...at times he was a complete jerk, but it was well deserved. I am hopeful this series will continue on! I would give this one 4 1/2 stars, I read it right behind the first one and maybe I should have taken some time between them. I did like it, I was just not surprised as much as the first book because, the main characters in this one are in the first book ( plus a lot of their families and friends spill over into this one also) It is a good book and if there is a third for Tate some day I will most likely buy it.
4.5 stars. Love The suspense, drama, and romance. Love the writing of this author.
