Really liked this. So much that I immediately purchased books 2&3. Love the cabin/stuck with you type scenario. Pearce (hot, alpha FBI agent) pushes all the right buttons for me. This is NOT insta-love. At the very least, it is insta-sex, and really not even that. They did not meet and jump right into bed. Pearce was assigned to guard Mark as a witness. They only had a week together and ended up on the run, or stuck in a friend's apt. There were several days and many conversations before the first encounter. It's short, so I won't give to much away. Just wanted to say that book two is even better, so far. Highly recommended. I really enjoyed this. I am a sucker for stories with suspense, crime and m/m love and the first book of the Up to Trouble series didn't disappoint me at all. Aaron Pearce, FBI agent and a lone wolf with an attitude, is assigned to protect Mark Beecher, a witness to the plans for a terrorist attack. The situation forces the two men to hole up in a loft apartment with only one another for company...The story is fast paced and has some interesting plot twists. It's well written and for all the different directions it takes it comes together nicely. I definitely will be reading book two and three in this series.Recommended if you like books with suspense, crime and hot m/m loving. :)
What do You think about Holed Up (2009)?
