Hujan dan Matahari. Suatu hal sederhana yang dianggap biasa saja bagi kebanyakan orang. Tapi ditangan Kurniawan Gunadi, hujan dan matahari memiliki beribu cerita menarik. Cerita yang akan mengantarkan kita pada banyak pencarian, banyak harapan, dan cinta dalam kehidupan kita. Hujan Matahari kumpulan cerita dan prosa. Cerita yang mengantarkan kita pada masalah dan dilema sehari-hari yang kita rasakan. Membuat saya tersadar akan banyak hal. Bubuhan cerita yang bersatu dengan nuansa sang pencipta selalu hadir pada tiap cerita. Saya menyenangi cerita pada Hujan Matahari, menyentakkan hati setiap membaca kalimat-kalimatnya. its one of the books that i would never finish reading. i read it. and re-read it. and read it again. sometimes i skip some part because it felt to real.. this book is nice, written with casual yet firm style of Kurniawan Gunadi. He addresses personal matters and common issues without us feel being dictated or lectured by someone. He clearly has a good understanding, wide and depth knowledge, yet he didn't make this book to 'wow'ed people. He genuinely write it from his heart, and that is where this book will *hopefully* belong to, the reader's heart. i envy the 'cautious' lifestyle that is underlined by the 'I' and the 'Hujan' character. This book makes me reflect on my own experiences in life, and how sometimes I want to do something accordingly to my belief, but I'm too scared to be that person, I'm afraid of rejection. This book gives me hope, that you can be whomever you want, and still accomplish dreams that you're chasing right now.this book gives smiles, and blushing (if ever...my skin is too dark to reveal a slight cute rose-cheek-like-manga-charachter) every time the 'I' speak softly about love and feelings. 'bepergian denganku' is by far my favorite chapter. happy reading!
