Tyler had been working late, but she still wanted to go home to her husband. It would have been cuter if I wasn’t so jealous that she had a man to go home to. I had been so busy this past year I hadn’t stopped to realize how lonely I really was. I put the Jack Daniels away and the Coke in the fridge. There was nothing left of the candy.
