"Hunter's Fall" by Shiloh Walker. Book 13 in The Hunters series.I think readers of this series have been waiting a long time for this book! Agnes!! Known as Nessa throughout the books. Her story has slowly been unravelling throughout all the Hunter books. She's one of the strongest witches ever to have lived. In this book we get a look at more of Nessa's past and the love of her life, Elias, who was killed over 500 years ago. Now Nessa is going insane, or so she thinks. Inhabitting the body of an evil witch can do that to a person. She's tired. Tired of fighting, tired of exsisting, tired of living. She can't take it anymore. And when she finally resolves her feelings, she finds herself in a fight with another witch and then wakes up...no knowing who she really is.Dominic can't get his dream woman out of his head. He thinks he's going crazy...and so do others around him. So much so that he's being sent to Excelsior, a "school" for paranormals, hoping that someone there can help him. But when he gets there, the last thing he expects is to scent the woman of his dreams. Is she really real? Or is he hallucinating? Dominic is determined to find out.Such a great conclusion to Nessa's story. Her and Dominic are paired so beautifully. The ups and downs in Nessa's life are mindboggling. She goes through so much throughout the series. You actually feel a sense of relief that she finally gets her happily-ever-after. But what a journey! Most excellent! If you have read this hunters series this is a great book for you. There is the heart breaking main love story that I'm sure hunter fans like myself have been waiting for Nessa's HEA to arrive. Plus you get some of the past characters showing up to.help out with things along the way it was nice to getto hear from old characters and catch up with how their lives are doing. With everything going on this was the most heart breaking love story ive read in the hunter series, granted I haven't read the whole series yet some of them I cant find in print but I'm working on it. Even with the crap that kept being thrown at Nessa I felt bad for her but there.were moments when I wanted to smack her and say wake up! A lot of her problems she created for herself. This was still a great read.

I was disappointed. I expected that Nessa would have a better story.
