I was on the edge of my seat the entire story. At first I had a hard time following as it jumped from scene to scene, but once I got to know the characters I was fine with it. Like everyone else, I'd love to read more about what happens next. The epilogue was like the season finale if a series that's then canceled - we will never know what happened next! Despite that, there is definite resolution so I'm satisfied. For some reason I have found Sean's denial that he doesn't date women with kids to be funny. From the moment that Ellie showed up he was always around and playing with her kids. So in a way I was glad to see all the crap that came Ellie's way, as it forced both of them to admit they cared for each other more than they wanted to admit. I do have to say that I do think less of Sean for little getaway for sexcapades. At that point he knew he had a thing for Ellie and his trip into playland could only come back later to bite him in the butt. The whole Centurion thing was mildly interesting. I did like the secondary romance that was going on with some of those characters. I hope things work out for them. Some of the best scenes in this one were the scenes with the boys. Caleb, with his defiant attitude and knowledge that he could save his family, and Colton who knew who was really his father.
What do You think about Im Letzten Augenblick (2008)?
Another terrific Navy SEAL adventure laced with Marliss Melton's unforgettable romance.

This was a good read. Just not as good as the others in the series.
