I loved the main character, Tiffany, because she is an intelligent no.frills female, who had to deal with a mother and Nanna that wanted nothing but to see her settled down and married. Although Tiffany has a passion for eating cupcakes, this doesn't distract her from using her astute intuition for solving a conmplicated crime.I enjoyed the book and all the characters were well-constructed. Any fan of Janet Evanovich's Stephanie Plum will love this book. A.R. Winters gives us Tiffany Black, a wanna be PI, with a swing shift job as a dealer in a casino. As someone who lived in Las Vegas for several years I can attest to the reality of the settings. And as someone who enjoys a good dose of levity I can vouch for "Innocent in Las Vegas." I hope to soon be reading more Tiffany Black adventures.
Sub-par Stephanie Plum rip off - right down to the feisty Nana/Grandma. Disappointing.
