It’s (Not That) Complicated: How To Relate To Guys In A Healthy, Sane, And Biblical Way (2000) - Plot & Excerpts
This book is amazing the principles in it are very biblicaly based and helpful. The comments by the 17 young men were encouraging. I found it very interesting to hear what what/how they thought about things. This book explains well how to relate to guys in a healthy, sane and biblical way. There was heaps of relevant information about guy-girl relationships. The book is thought provoking and answered a lot of questions I had been thinking about.Reading this book helped me to see guys in a realistic way and understand what they are looking for in a girl. I would recommend this book to any girl that has questions about guys... and what girl doesn't. It's Not That Complicated, the second book by Anna Sofia and Elizabeth Botkin, daughters of Geoffrey and Victoria Botkin, challenges modern thinking in regards to relationships between the sexes. Written "by girls, for girls", Anna Sofia and Elizabeth share the wisdom they have gleaned through their single years. The Lord has given them a unique insight for this day in age and through His Word, the shepherding of their parents, their own experiences and the experiences of their five brothers they offer that wisdom in this book... as a guide in the often confusing and misdirected time of a single, young woman. When I first sought out this book it was with the intent to go through it with my younger brother. Even though this book is directed to and intended for young ladies, I was sure the concepts of this book were universal to both young ladies as well as young men. I have been truly sharpened by this book, I indeed laughed in many of the chapters but also was convicted throughout it's pages as well. In my opinion this book is a "must-read" for young ladies approaching or prodding through this crucial season of blossoming into the woman God has created you to be.
