Neona is a warrior princess who is protecting some important secrets. She has also heard her entire life that men can never be trusted and are only to be used to get pregnant, then killed. Zoltan is a vampire from Transylvania who has searched for over 800 years for who killed his father with a distinctively different arrow. Neona and Zoltan meet near her secret valley and it's love at first sight. All of her secrets come out, the vamps have new people to protect, Lord Liao is killed but Master Han is still a big threat, and more babies come to the vamp world. Great read!! I love this series!! I love the series! But I have found the last couple of books had fallen off the mark for me. The first half of the book was slow for me. There were a few times I wanted to just put it down and find something else to read. But once the action started I was glued. The last half was the reason I gave it four stars. If the whole book had been like that it would have been five stars from me. With all that being said. I enjoyed the characters and the continued story. I like the idea of were-dragons. I haven't given up on the series it pulls me into it every time.
