Bleeeeeeh. Don't even...just, don't. I struggled to finish this and even read other books and comic books in between, then I forgot that I still had it listed here as 'currently reading', so that should tell you something. She copied from the original and just inserted a bit of smut every once in a while. Not even good smut. Just stick with the original and use your imagination to create your own dirty version. This was an interesting idea; instead of crossing a classic novel with zombies or werewolves, cross it with erotica. I was wondering of Sinclair could pull it off, especially since Bronte's Jane is defined by her piety as well as her stubborn nature; Sinclair's Jane is defined by her sensual nature. In Bronte, Rochester's previous marriage was a deal-breaker for Jane. But that wouldn't be an obstacle for Sinclair's Jane. I kept wondering how Sinclair would handle it. She handled it with a beautiful twist that made me laugh out loud!
