I would give this series more than 5 stars if that was a choice. I love the stories, the characters, all the non-standard relationship and the huge amount of love! This has become one of my all time favorite series and consider this a MUST READ! Danny and Liv work through so much to be together and seeing them have a friendship as well as a romantic relationship is amazing. You even fall in love with their best friends right with them. These are people you really want to be friends with for sure I completely love second chance romance and those that start off as friends and become more. This had BOTH of these and for a debut book it is sooo good! I was drawn into the book and the story easily and loved it!I loved the chemistry and interactions between Danny and Liv and I really warmed up to them and had a real interest in how their story would go. It was a nice change to see the girl in the story as the tatted up rebel, while Danny was your nice boy. I loved that the roles were reversed. The book and characters were well developed and had a realistic view to them, which I do like in a book.I would have liked a little bit of extra something... angst maybe? But on the whole, I felt it was a brilliant story and I went out and got the second book immediately. Loved it!
