What do You think about Just The Sexiest Man Alive - Lelaki Terseksi Di Dunia (2011)?
This is really a 3 1/2 stars for me. I enjoyed this quite a bit, the characters were really likable and enjoyable to read about, but I think for me, this spent a little too much time in the 'getting there' aspect, and not enough time in the 'realization' phase of wanting to be together. You know this really felt like one of those romantic comedy movies, where the whole movie is spent showing how it'll never work between the two characters, and only the last 3-5 minutes with them actually being together. Don't get me wrong, love those, just slightly different from what I was expecting. And no sex or even the slightest bit of sexual tension, which is why I think this felt more like a romantic comedy movie than a true romance novel. Still, witty dialogue, smart characters and writing that does not condescend all made it very enjoyable.

3.5, but I'll round to 4. In typical Julie James style the banter was excellent and the characters fun, flirty, and totally likable (well, except for Jason's ego). This one didn't have the punch that I've come to expect from other books by James. I was a quick and fun read, though and thoroughly enjoyable for a summer day. This book isn't part of a series. Taylor is an up and coming attorney in a prestigious Chicago law firm, about to make firm history by becoming the youngest partner ever. That is, if she can complete this case in LA. No problem, right? Enter Jason Andrews, his ego and arrogance and all bets are off. He infuriates Taylor to no end. She infuriates him. They can't stand one another. Except when they can. It's all pretty predictable, but fun!
