This may be my favorite out of all the books I've read by Liliana Hart so far. The storyline was great, the emotion was heart breaking, the characters genuine and believable. I actually started this book after catching a free preview of the Cineamax's series Strike Back and the similarities were amazing. I was able to picture Philip Winchester and Sullivan Stapleton as the characters in Liliana's book. All that pretty made the book doubly delicious. Liliana Darling,You have outdone yourself. I am a big fan of your MacKenzie Series, but this book takes the GOLD. I could not put this book down. All the scenes were picture perfect. Who needs the movies when you see the characters popping off your kindle. I felt every emotion of all the characters. SPOILERS Below!!!I wanted Gabe and Grace to find happiness so bad, I cried everything time she had a break down. I cried when he fell to his knees in front of her bruised body. I screamed when Jack and Gabe were fighting in the hotel. I was stunned when Logan agreed Grace should not be part of the team. I laughed so hard almost every time Ethan spoke. He really is a hoot. This story will be with me for a while. I feel like I need an emotional vacation. Please please give us Jack's story soon. I also can feel that Logan's story will break my heart. The Collective had everything I look for in a book: Fast, Furious, Love, Romance, Revenge, awesome plot and twist, joints into the sub-characters stories for future books, etc..I am so out of breath. Thank You Darling for sharing your awesome imagination.
