*I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review* This is the first book of Dawn Robertson's that I've ever read. I know its part of a series, but this book is written well enough that you know who all the characters are and how they fit together without having read the previous books. That being said I am super excited to go back and read the previous books so I can learn the back story. This characters in this book are absolutely amazing! I love Seven and her snarky thoughts, she is one of my favorite characters in this novella. Her little snide mental comments are exactly like mine, and I found myself laughing out loud at them!River is my other favorite character. I want to know what kind of kinky charades he and Paisley are going to get up to; but most importantly I can't wait to learn about his back story. The thoughts he has rolling around in his head throughout this book have me absolutely beyond excited to see what is in store for him. Most importantly lets not forget the sexy antics these characters get up to! I am so excited to finally read a book by an author that isn't afraid to call body parts what they are and even by the less socially accepted names. Its outstanding!The sexy scenes are steamy and amazing! IMHO this novella alone is WAY better than Fifty Shades of Grey. I can't wait to read what Ms. Robertson has in store for us in the future. Until then, I think I'll live vicariously through the lives of this wild and crazy bunch! I really enjoyed this little look into more of the life of Seven and Star! It was definitely interesting to read of the domesticated Star that nobody expected! I loved to see more into Star and Chrome, they are just a perfect couple. I really love the twist to Seven and Levi and I really hope to hear more on that! And let's not forget Paisley and River!! What! There has to be more on that as well!
A great little Christmas novella, with a little taste of each couple's relationship and next steps.
