I really wanted to give this a 4 star...because I enjoyed it more than just a 3 star rating. But it was lacking a few things to be able to bump it up. I think that if it had been longer, it would have been able to meet those expectations.I really want to know what the fall out with Orion and Crest. I wanted more relationship building with Kira and Orion. It was a little rushed. I'm hoping that the next story is still Kira and Orion, because really, this is more of a teaser.But, I really did like Orion and Kira, and hope that they get more of a story in the future. Kira had been raised by the club since her mom took off and left her and her father at an early age. She was now in college and decided to go visit her father . Crest Tolleson was happy to see his daughter and took her out to dinner where he asked her about her grades and seeing how she was doing. Kira knew something was bothering her father, He offered to get her a hotel room but kira wanted to be with her father later on that night she was in the back of the club house when the first screams and then guns shots started , her farther opened the window and got her out of there quick. He shut the window and then she stayed put and didn’t move or make a sounds when she heard her father being killed. Kira knew how to hot wire cars so she found one and took off. Then she remember when her father told her if something happens to go and find Orion Jackson he was her father best friend until something happened and he was kicked out of the club, so kira fearing for her life heads to the place where her father last said he should be. So what happens when she sees the man who helped raise her? He isn’t happy to see her but he already knows about her father. Orion gives her some choices its up to her on what she wants to do with her life.will she make the right choice?
