I've really enjoyed reading this book. As a student at law, it scared me a little of the practice in a big office. Especially since the author wrote from her personal experience. But I never had such aspiration anyway ;) It was very easy to read and I will probably read the sequel "J'adore Paris" soon. The only thing I didn't like about the first book was the end. It felt rushed a little and I asked myself after reading it, if it was due to the inexperience of the author as a writer or just the need to keep stuff to write in the sequel. Anyway, good book to read in the side of the pool this summer. A lovely and interesting tale! People with innate fashion sense are always enviable. ;) I loved the peek into corporate law and the devastating hard work behind it all.I also loved that this book doesn't have one sex scene, though there is, of course, implied sex.I actually picked up this book because I have a friend who is obsessed with New York and I'm a sucker for French. It was worth the read.
What do You think about Kocham Nowy Jork (2013)?
Un livre de New York qui donne envie d'être là!!!

Soooo predictable, but still heart-warming.
