A satisfying end to the series. As with the previous two books I had trouble getting into the book at first but after a couple of chapters you find yourself getting to know the characters and wanting to know what happens to them. I think that's what kept me coming back to read the whole series. Kate Furnivall has created some wonderful characters in this series who you really grow to care about as you read on. Its not the best book I've ever read but I finished it thinking that it was a good story and I was glad to of read it. These books keep tricking me! They seem like they will be something that I love and then they disappoint. They are completely unbelievable. Meet the camp commander's wife, the actual commander, AND the head of the Russian thieve unit all by chance? Of course! Have them all help you get into a secret soviet camp? Of course! Have your Chinese lover sent to Moscow and able to help you? What's so hard about that! I just have to shake my head and hope my next book is better.
Loved this tidbit of Historical Fiction - part of a 3 book series - all are out. Very well written
