Marie Sexton is an awesome writer and this book was no exception, now with that being said, I thought this book was good, but the "open" relationship between Angelo and Zach totally ruined the rest of the book for me. I know each couple is entitled to their own relationships, but this was a deal breaker for me so I just couldn't "make" myself really love this story. I truly love Zach and Angelo together and want to see them be completely exclusive with one another. Wow. This book veered off into an unexpectedly kinky direction.I expect this book will be hard to take for those readers who believe in a more traditional sort of relationship than the open relationship that Zach and Angelo have in this book.We get to read about Matt and Jared again. This time they are on a road trip to Vegas with Angelo and Zach. There's a wonderful sense of camaraderie in the story which I appreciated. The tensions that arise from Angelo and Zach's unorthodox relationship created a pivotal moment in the book that sent a strong message.We can't judge all relationships by our own standards and values. People fall in love and stay in love in their own ways. At the end of the day, it's still love, regardless of the flavours.I loved that the guys' friendship still stayed strong despite the turmoil.This has been my favourite book so far in the series.
I'm debating between 3 & 4 stars so I'm going to give it 3.5
