This was terrible. I had hoped Gary would bring things back to reality a bit and maybe show the ups and downs of investing and return things to a more believable state but he doesn't. It was just more of the same without any real new insight or lessons. I really enjoy Gary's work for young readers but I think these do a disservice to the topic at hand and while they are light and mostly light-hearted they don't offer much in the way of values or morals and ultimately fall flat as a result. Sorry. Although I wasn't quite as entralled with the sequel to LAWNBOY as I expected to be, it is still a must read for fans of the first book. Much has changed in the 6 weeks since the narrator's lawn care business has made him a millionaire. Wacky Grandma is taking care of him while his folks are on vacation. His assets keep accumulating, stress keeps rising and a yearning for returning to the carefree life of a kid gets bigger. (Grades 3-6)
i thought about this book and said this is an amazing book.
