Finally! The mystery that wasn’t really a mystery has been solved. That’s the real reason to read this book. The closure alone is worth the read. It was a nice surprise to see that St Aubyen survived the massacre, but his character is so unlikeable and static that I kind of wish he hadn’t survived. Frankly, there was little to no character development in any of the characters in this story. That made it pretty painful to read. Oh, and the traitor is exactly who you thought it was from book one. I promise that you’ve already guessed it correctly. So, there are no fun red herrings to finish up this series.
What do You think about Le Revenant (2010)?
No woman could resist a sexy English Lord who was held captive by Native American's for 7 years.

Interesting finish to the series, I enjoyed it greatly... now to find other books by E. Hoyt.
